The Darley to Claymont OPGW project consisted of both single pole and H-Frame replacements, tower modifications and OPGW installation on single and double circuit structures. One of the critical OPGW wire pulls required road permits from multiple states, a small army of state troopers, crash trucks, flaggers and rolling roadblocks to close both I95 & I495 and on/offramps in addition to working with CSX , Deldot and Penndot for multiple state road closures underneath the wire pull.
