What is AUI?
AUI Power’s primary business revolves around transmission, distribution and substation construction – with a focus on building utility-type work. Our goal is to keep our workers close to an AUI location, so they can spend time with their family and friends. Employees of the company are real people, building real relationships for our real partners.
AUI isn’t your average contractor. The company is focused on fostering employee innovation, establishing the culture of the crews, keeping up-to-date on our equipment and maintenance, and striving to be the most dependable contractor – exceeding expectations.

The AUI Team
We work hard to ensure that our crews are the right guys for the job, whether that means that they achieve certification for additional skills – or they join our Apprenticeship Program to get the experience they need to work on your project. AUI’s culture fosters growth from entry-level positions up the ladder – in order for AUI to succeed, the company needs it’s employees to grow personally and professionally to be valuable members of our team!
For each employee here, we strive to treat everyone like our family. Although AUI is owned by the four brothers – we are watching out for each and every of our co-workers so we can all go home safely at the end of each day. We regularly have barbecue cook-outs at our ‘shop’ for everyone to get together and unwind, and hold company events to keep our ‘family’ together.
If you are an employee of AUI reading this message, thank you for everything you do here!
